V-Stop is a brand of Biocomm Pte. Ltd. (UEN 199404875D). All orders are shipped from 53 Ubi Avenue 1, #05-55, Paya Ubi Industrial Park, Singapore 408934.
Where we ship
Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong SAR and Vietnam.
Order processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Singapore time), Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same or the next business day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Shipping rates and delivery times
All prices are in Singapore dollars. The shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Singapore: S$4.00 for orders under S$60; free for orders of S$60 and above. Delivery in 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Malaysia: S$30.00 flat rate. Delivery in 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Hong Kong SAR: S$50.00 flat rate. Delivery in 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Vietnam: S$60.00 flat rate. Delivery in 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and can be longer around public holidays or if a parcel is held by customs.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Singapore may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are payable by the recipient.
Dispatch notification
